The Seven Intentions® CEO Program

CEO programs offer a unique peer-to-peer forum for groups of senior executives to work with The Seven Intentions®. Using both content and reflection, leaders share in a values-focused, experiential learning process that delivers clarity of what is really important to them, where they are best suited in the marketplace, and how their values can drive performance.

Saltwater hosts CEO programs each spring and fall. Participation is by invitation from Tom Chappell or by a referral from one of our program graduates.

“I've participated in many leadership programs over the years - the majority of which focused on how to work well with others. The Seven Intentions® program is unlike any other in that it starts and finishes with the leader at the center; and, helps the leader understand how to work within themselves. With this at the core, the leader is set on a path to full engagement with colleagues and the community. The Intentions provided me a reference and a set of tools that no other had to offer.”
– John D. Haase, Managing Director, Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Saltwater Institute Alumni

“Participation in the CEO Program provided incentive to pursue my vision of creating a national model for sustainable community banking – for shareholders who care as much about social and corporate responsibility as they do about profitability."
Robert W. Daigle, President & CEO, Camden National Corporation

“One of the best parts of the course was Intention III - Envision Your Destiny. We all need to reflect on where we are, where we are going, and what we want to achieve both personally and within our companies. This was the ideal opportunity and it will be especially helpful as I move forward.”
James L. Robbins, President, Robbins Lumber Inc.

“The core points of the course are on target and I am working to integrate what I learned and believe into my community work. There is sound logic in investing for better social outcomes as a means to better insure the long tem success of one’s own organization and community.”
David C. Nickerson, President, Rubb, Inc.
